United Community Bank Receives 10 Exceptional Customer Service Awards

(Blairsville)- United Community Bank announced Thursday it has received 10 Greenwich Excellence Awards for middle market and small business banking. Frequently rewarded for exceptional customer service, United is proud to also earn recognition that showcases the company’s commitment to quality banking solutions and financial guidance.

United was recognized for Overall Satisfaction in middle market banking in the South, which was based on interviews with over 14,000 U.S. businesses with sales of $10-$500 million.  In the small business banking categories, United earned five national awards, including Overall Satisfaction, Likelihood to Recommend, Branch Satisfaction, Cash Management Overall Satisfaction and Best Brand for Trust.

The bank also received four regional awards for small business banking in the South in the categories of Cash Management Overall Satisfaction, Likelihood to Recommend, Overall Satisfaction and Proactively Provides Advice.

These results were based on interviews with over 14,400 businesses in the U.S. with sales of $1-$10 million. In addition, Greenwich Associates, the leading global provider of data and analytics to the financial services industry, evaluated more than 600 U.S. banks during the awards process. Of those, only 34 were deemed to have distinctive quality in small business banking and 40 in middle market banking.
