Stephen Willard Webb, age 64, of Gainesville, passed away peacefully Monday, December 4, 2023, at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Gainesville.
Steve was born March 15, 1959, in Gainesville to the late John Willard & Ruby Rozena Veal Webb. He had earned a bachelor’s degree and worked in Logistics for most of his career. Steve also had broadened his career into sales with Hayes Car dealership in Baldwin, GA. Steve was an outstanding musician, from playing the trumpet to playing the organ & piano. Watching him play was magical; he had played for many years at church. He was a member of New Holland Baptist Church in Gainesville.
Left to cherish his memory, wife, Jeanne Webb; daughters, Jamie (Joe) Anderson & Jennifer (Nick) Exley; grandchildren, Emma Anderson, Colby Anderson & Amelia Exley. Several other relatives also survive.
Private graveside services will be held Wednesday at the Gillsville Cemetery, with Rev. John Wayne Abernathy officiating. There will be a public visitation at the funeral home on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:30 p.m.
