Papa was loved by so many in the community. To his family he was Daddy, Papa and Old Pa. To most of the rest of his family he was loving “Uncle Ben” To many others he was known as friend. He fed countless people with what he grew in his gardens over the years. He loved plowing the dirt and providing for his family and friends with what he grew there. But even more than he loved gardening, he loved his family with all his heart. He spoiled his grandkids and great-grandkids relentlessly. Nothing made him happier than to have a noisy house filled with his babies playing. We will miss him very much in the days, weeks, months, and years ahead, but we find peace in knowing that we will see him again when our time to leave this earth comes. We love you Daddy, Papa, Old Pa, Uncle Ben…See you when we get there.
