Danielle Velasquez, age 38, of Demorest, passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2022.
Born on January 12, 1984, in Demorest, she was the daughter of Dean and Carol Whisnant. She was a Manager at RaceTrac and loved cooking, the beach, and the outdoors. Danielle cherished her children above all else.
In addition to her parents, survivors include her son, Damian Velasquez; daughter, Yasmi Velasquez; brothers and sisters-in-law, Nathan and Misti Whisnant and Nicholas and Dixie Whisnant; sister and brother-in-law, Deana and Peter Bugulrow; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, in the Chapel of McGahee-Griffin & Stewart with Mr. Bradley Cook officiating.
