Coronavirus cases in White County tops 500 with 347 recovered

(Cleveland)- The number of coronavirus cases in White County has moved above 500, but the rate of increase seems to be slowing a bit. According to information released by the Georgia Department of Public Health Sunday, the total number of confirmed cases in White County is 511, that’s an increase of 113 in the last two weeks.

The report shows 13 deaths related to the virus and 78 hospitalizations.

Other surrounding counties Hall County has 7,605 cases with 125 deaths, Habersham County 1,327 cases with 63 deaths, Lumpkin County there have been 701 cases confirmed with 12 death, in Union County 474 cases along with 10 deaths, and in Towns County 204 cases with six death attributed to the virus.
