Authorities have identified the man found drowned earlier this week in Lake Hartwell. Hart County Sheriff Mike Cleveland says the man is 23-year-old Alex Dunne of Athens, GA.
Dunne’s body was found floating in the lake by a fisherman on Nov. 27.
There were no apparent signs of foul play.
His body was sent to the state crime lab in Atlanta. A toxicology report is pending.
