The GBI is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the woman in this video. Investigators say she is one of the last people to interact with murder victim, Rossana Delgado.
Delgado, of Barrow County, was a taxi driver and mother of two. She was last seen in Dekalb County on April 16, 2021, the day this video was shot. Delgado was later found murdered around 100 miles away in Gilmer County.
The GBI is actively searching for five suspects in the case. One of the suspects, Juan Ayala-Rodriguez, is from Gainesville.
