TFS varsity baseball players named to All-Region team

Two varsity baseball players at Tallulah Falls School have been named to the All-Region team for the 2019 season for their outstanding play.

Region 8-A coaches voted TFS senior Nate Lewis of Cornelia and sophomore Chathan Clouatre of Toccoa as All-Region players.

Clouatre was named to the Region 8-A first team. Clouatre played catcher for the Indians and led the team with a .439 batting average. Clouatre also had a team-leading 14 RBIs and earned 10 walks on the season. Defensively, Clouatre had a .958 fielding average and threw out multiple runners.

Lewis was named to the Region 8-A honorable mention team. Lewis finished the year with a .426 batting average, scored 12 runs and added 6 RBIs.
