Wrigley and Lake Lanier Islands Now Hiring!

If you’re looking for a job, two well known regional employers are hiring. Lake Lanier Islands and Wrigley Manufacturing Company have scheduled recruitment events to fill positions at their operations in Buford and Flowery Branch.

Lake Lanier Islands Resort recruitment event March 26

Lanier Islands Resort will hold a recruitment event on Saturday, March 26 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 7000 Lanier Islands Parkway in Buford. The resort is hiring seasonal and permanent workers to fill a variety of jobs including admissions clerks, bartenders, concession stand operators, front desk personnel, lifeguards, pool attendants, security guards, servers and retail associates, among others.

Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) staff will be on site to screen applicants.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old and have with them a resume, military identification card and/or driver’s license when applying.

Wrigley recruitment event March 28

Wrigley Manufacturing Company will hold a recruitment event Monday, March 28 to fill about 80 positions at its plant in Flowery Branch. The event is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Georgia Department of Labor’s Gainesville Career Center located at 2756 Atlanta Highway.

Wrigley is hiring control technicians, maintenance technicians, processing operators, machine operators and supply workers.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
