Hall County investigators are seeking witnesses to a fatal traffic accident that killed an Oakwood woman. The wreck happened around 2:30 p.m. on April 27 on Ga. 13/Atlanta Highway, just south of Friendship Road.
Investigators say they would like to speak to a man spotted jogging southbound along Atlanta Highway during the time of the accident.
The two-vehicle crash killed 64-year-old Grisel Alvarez Martinez and injured the other driver. He was taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center for treatment.
The Hall County Sheriff’s Office Accident Investigation Unit is investigating the accident. Anyone who may have witnessed the crash or who knows the identity of the jogger should contact Sgt. J. Morgan at (770) 718-2383.
