Construction partners with the Georgia DOT will reopen Carl Bethlehem Road tomorrow on the West Winder Bypass Project. The road was temporarily closed back in January.
Be advised that the road will be reopened weather permitting.
This project proposes to realign SR 211 over SR 8 in Winder onto the existing Patrick Mill Road. The construction process will occur in three phases. This project was awarded to E.R. Snell Contractor, Inc. in August 2018 for approximately $59 million.
