William Eldon Marolf age 80, Alto, Georgia, passed away on Monday, April 4, 2016.
Mr. Marolf was born September 8, 1935 in Clio, Iowa, to the late Lionel and Zelpha Vinzant Marolf. He was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church and was a machine operator at American Air Filter with 30 years of service.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, James Patrick Marolf and sister, Kay Foss.
He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Betty Dyer Marolf of Alto; daughter and son-in-law, Freda and Danny Lusk of Alto; son and daughter-in-law, Steven and Teresa Marolf of Geneseo, IL; son, Daniel Marolf of Alto; sister, Faye Shipp of Moline, IL; brother, Frank Marolf of Moline, IL; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Memorial services are scheduled for 3:00 P.M. Thursday, April 7, 2016 at Crossroads Baptist Church with Rev. Roy Lee Mitchell officiating.
