White County School Superintendent finalist for superintendent’s job in Floyd County

(Rome)- White County Superintend of Schools Dr. Jeff  Wilson, has been named one of three top finalists for superintendent with  the Floyd County School System.

A press release from the Floyd County system states, “After conducting an extensive search and completing candidate interviews, the Floyd County Board of Education has named its three superintendent finalists.  The top three finalists are Dr. April Childers of Rome, Dr. Glenn White of Rome, and Dr. Jeffrey R. Wilson of Cleveland.”

Wilson has led the White County School System since September 2011.

The school system said a  final selection could be made by the Floyd County Board of Education in the next few weeks.
