All eyes will be on Milton this week, but the weather across North Georgia looks fantastic.
A big cool down is coming this week across North Georgia. We’ll see mostly sunny skies all week with just the occasional passing cloud at times. High temperatures will start off quite toasty on Monday in the 80s but we will gradually cool down each day this week as a high pressure system builds in from the north.
This high pressure system is what is going to keep Milton from turning north and impacting our region, something we desperately need to avoid for a while.
Overnight lows by late in the week will dip into the 40s which will feel very refreshing and will hopefully get leaf season rolling across the northern parts of the region.
