District 2 Public Health released its weekly COVID update for the thirteen North Georgia counties that it serves. Graphs show a significant increase across the region, particularly in Banks, Dawson, Forsyth, Hall, and Lumpkin where they’re reporting their highest number of positive cases per 100K since the pandemic began. Franklin and White counties are very near record levels.
