The Pink Glove Dance Story
According to the Pink Glove Dance website, the online dance competition started because of the “overwhelming and enthusiastic response” to the original Pink Glove Dance video posted by St. Vincent Medical Center in Portland, Oregon. The video debuted on YouTube in 2009. It quickly went viral and was featured in numerous news stories.
