Warriors Pick Up Second Win 52-11 Over Chestatee

(Cleveland)- White County won its second game of the season Friday night traveling south to play the Chestatee War Eagles. The Warriors used their strong defense and some great runs to rout the War Eagles 52-11. The Warriors scored early with a touchdown by TJ Ballard. The score was 31-3 at the half, after a field goal by Chestatee’s by Jamie Ortega.

Clancy Loudermilk was injured with 9 minutes to go in the 3rd quarter, but he was able to walk off field with assistance and returned to the game after two plays. After a touchdown and two point conversion by Chestatee in the third quarter, the warriors pushed ahead during the remainder of the game for the win.

After the game Warrior Coach Bill Ballard said they had some big plays and a lot of players saw action.

Clancy Loudermilk’s 94 yard touchdown and other runs earned him the Captain D’s offensive player of the game, Nasser Clark was selected as the defensive player.
