Wanda Grizzle Atkins, age 47 of Cleveland, passed away at her residence Monday February 16, 2015 after an extended illness. Wandy was born on December 5, 1967 in Gainesville, GA, to the late Hazel Etris Garrison of Cleveland,and the late Hubert Grizzle of Dahlonega. Mrs. Atkins worked for many years at Orbit Manufacturing in Cleveland until it closed and was a homemaker at the time of her death.
In addition to her parents Wanda was preceded in death by her brother Joey Grizzle and her step-father Tommy Garrison.
Survivors include her husband Mike Atkins of Cleveland, sister Missy Garrison Miller of Cleveland and Dana Jean Garrison of Cleveland, brother Scotty Grizzle of Cleveland, sister, Alicia Grizzle of Baldwin, GA, as well as several nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation and a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
Barrett Funeral Home of Cleveland was in charge of arrangements.
