Vicki Darlene Shubert, age 62, of Cornelia, Georgia, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 1, 2016.
Ms. Shubert was born on January 27, 1954, in Gainesville, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her father, Johnnie Lee Shubert, Sr. and mother, Irene Wright Fuller.
Survivors include daughter and son-in-law: Stacey and Ronnie Pressley, Cornelia; daughter, Christine Kiger, Maryland; sister, Teresa Shubert; brothers, Clifford Shubert-Wright and Johnnie Shubert, Jr.; grandchildren: Nicole Seabolt, Christopher Canup, Brittany Canup, and Sean Kiger; and step-grandchildren, Jason Pressley and Brandon Pressley.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, December 6, 2016, at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, Georgia, with Mr. Roy Kelley officiating.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until the memorial hour on Tuesday at the funeral home.
