Vandals strike vehicles at local shopping center

The Cornelia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in its investigation into the vandalism of several vehicles outside a local shopping center.

In a post on social media, the CPD says officers responded to the Habersham County Shopping Center on the evening of Thursday June 23rd in reference to a report of damaged vehicles. “Upon their arrival, officers located several vehicles that had sustained damage and broken windows due to what is believed to be a BB or similar type gun,” the post reads.
