Twin Rivers Challenge returns to Northeast Georgia in October

Grab your gear and grease up those wheels, the Twin Rivers Challenge returns to Northeast Georgia October 27. Enjoy an autumn ride through some of Northeast Georgia’s most spectacular scenery and follow routes carefully planned by an avid local cyclist.

This year, there are three route options. The 100K ride will travel the Tallulah River and Soque River watersheds, and explore a portion of the Lake Burton shoreline. The 72K intermediate ride takes in scenery along Seed Lake and Lake Rabun. The 37K ride for novice cyclists will run from Tallulah Falls to Tiger back to Tallulah Falls School.

Returning this year are three King of the Mountain competitive climbs.

Proceeds from the event go to benefit student scholarships at Tallulah Falls School.

Registration is open to all ages and is now underway. For more information, visit tallulahfalls.org or find the event on Facebook.
