Head coach David McDowell announced the Truett McConnell women’s soccer schedule for 2016. The schedule features 10 chances to see the Bears in Cleveland including exhibition matches.
The season will kick off with an exhibition match at the TMU Soccer Complex on August 12 at 11 a.m. against USC Beaufort. After the regular season opener at Campbellsville, the Bears will head up to Montreat, North Carolina, over Labor Day weekend to take on the University of the Cumberlands and the University of Rio Grande.
The Bears will open AAC play on September 10 at noon on the road at St. Andrews before opening the home slate of regular season matches against Brewton-Parker on September 13.
Starting on September 24, TMU will play seven of the final 10 games at home, culminating with an AAC match against Milligan on October 24. The regular season comes to a close in Waleska, Georgia, at Reinhardt on October 29. The AAC Tournament starts on November 1 with a play-in match and ends with the championship game on November 12.
