Tommy Hedden, age 56, of Demorest, Georgia, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 2, 2023.
Mr. Hedden was born on August 15, 1967, in Hixson, Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his father, Carl Hedden, and maternal grandparents, Eston and Ora Bell Brogan.
Tommy was an avid fisherman, loved to hunt, and enjoyed golfing. He was employed with Strack Inc., where he served as a Superintendent and enjoyed operating heavy machinery. Tommy will be remembered as a loving father, son, and fiance.
Survivors include his fiance, Julie Conner, of Demorest; son, Bradin Conner, of Demorest; mother, Hazel Langston, of Ooltewah, TN; sister, Carol Hilliard, of Cleveland, TN; brother, Gary Hilliard, of Cleveland, TN; niece, Emily Hilliard; and nephews, Jeremy Ware; Blake and Bailey Conner; mother-in-law, Rena Conner.
A Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Thursday, July 6, 2023, at the Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel.
A Graveside Service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Friday, July 7, 2023, at the Lakewood Memory Gardens East in Chattanooga, Tennessee, with Rev. John Buff officiating.
