The vacated Cornelia K-Mart has become home to two new businesses, Planet Fitness and Bealls Outlet. But more is coming, and within a year, it will also hold the highly-anticipated Cornelia TJ Maxx.
The store had originally planned for a Spring 2022 opening, but due to supply issues, Cornelia Community Development Manager Jessie Owensby says the store expects to open its doors in the fall of next year.

TJ Maxx will join Big Lots, Hibbett Sports, Your CBD Store, Papa John’s, GNC, Burger King, and a street taco restaurant set to open soon in the Habersham Village Shopping Center off Highway 441.
