The Stephens County Sheriff’s Office executed an arrest warrant on a Toccoa man wanted on multiple charges Monday, Oct. 21.
Nathan Henderson, 39, was taken into custody just after 6:30 p.m. Monday after a tip led authorities to the home of Henderson’s family member in Toccoa, according to the sheriff’s office.
Henderson was taken to the Stephens County Jail without incident and charged with aggravated assault, two counts of terroristic threats and acts, simple battery and second degree criminal damage to property.
Henderson remains in the Stephens County Jail pending his bond hearing.
