Three teens indicted in connection with July shooting

(Cleveland)- A White County Grand Jury has indicted three Cleveland teens in connection with the shooting death of a 21 year old man, Savon Williams, on July first. The incident allegedly occurred in the basement of a home on Eagle Ridge Trail in Cleveland.

The grand jury meeting this week indicted 17 –year old Christopher Tyler Courville on ten different charges including Felony Murder, aggravated assault and violation of street gang terrorism and prevent act.

Courtlen Conner Daniel, age 18, was indicted on charges of Concealing death of another, entering an auto, theft by taking and Violation of street gang terrorism and prevention act.

Daniel Chase Wilson, 19, was indicted on entering an auto, theft by taking and Violation of street gang terrorism and prevention act.

Additionally a 16 year old juvenile was taken into custody in connection with the case. At the time of the arrest White County Sheriff Chief Deputy said, the juvenile was charged with entering auto and Georgia Gang Statute.

Ingram identified all these suspects as being members of the gang BTA, Bout That Action.

According to Ingram, the suspected gun used in this homicide was stolen from an auto in White County a couple of days before the shooting.
