Three people were arrested on multiple felony drug charges after a recent raid at an apartment complex in Gainesville, according to the Hall County Sheriff’s Office.

The raid at Town Creek Apartment Homes on Washington Street on Tuesday, Jan 14, led to the arrest of Jytavious Darquale Collins, 35, and Joshua Montavious Collins, 36, both of Gainesville, and Sheila Dianne Pressley, 33, of Cornelia.

Police say a drug investigation that began in September concluded when Hall County’s Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team executed a search warrant around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Investigators located the suspects inside the apartment along with a large quantity of drugs, according to authorities, including 76 grams of cocaine, 75 grams of MDMA, 22 grams of fentanyl, four bottles of promethazine codeine, more than four pounds of processed marijuana and five alprazolam tablets. Police say all of it, combined, amounted to an estimated street value of $39,950.

Just over $850 in cash, a 9mm Glock 43, as well as two vehicles belonging to the suspects, were seized from the apartment.

“These suspects had been on our radar for several months, so it was a relief to get them behind bars,” Hall County Sheriff Gerald Couch said. “Our SIU team members worked diligently to formulate a plan to take these suspects into custody and get these dangerous drugs off the streets. On Tuesday, they executed that plan seamlessly, and I’m proud of their dedication.”

All three suspects are being held at the Hall County Jail without bond at this time.
