Three people face drug charges after a bust on a suspected meth house in White County. Mitchell Posey with the Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office says agents from his office and the White County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 64 Camelback Drive after a lengthy investigation. He says the investigation revealed 51-year old Frankie Swindoll of White County was “selling multiple ounces of methamphetamine a week from his residence.”
“During the investigation, ARDEO consistently saw a heavy flow of traffic at Swindoll’s residence. A small quantity of marijuana, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia was found at the residence,” Posey states in a press release.
Swindoll was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Also arrested were 42-year old Kimberly Henderson and 29-year old Alisha Abernathy, both of White County. Henderson is charged with possession of a scheduled 3 and scheduled 4 narcotic. Abernathy is charged with possession of marijuana and possession of methamphetamine.
All three are being held in the White County jail. Henderson and Abernathy are being held on $15,000 and $11,000 bond, respectively. Bond has not been set for Swindoll.
In addition, Posey says the White County Sheriff’s Department is currently investigating property found at Swindoll’s residence to determine if the items were taken during burglaries.
He says the investigation continues and additional charges are pending.
The Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office is a multi-agency unit that consists of the following Sheriff’s Offices: White County, Lumpkin County, Towns County, Banks County, Habersham County, Stephens County, and Rabun County, along with the Georgia National Guard Counter Drug Task Force, the Department of Public Safety, and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
