The Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office (ARDEO) reports the three were apprehended Thursday when agents executed a search warrant at 2344 Defoor Road in Toccoa.
The warrant was issued after the investigation by ARDEO and the Stephens County Sheriff’s Office revealed cocaine, marijuana and other illegal drugs were being sold from the residence. Agents seized approximately $4,350 worth of crack cocaine and marijuana from the home, according to ARDEO.
68-year old Theodore Swilling is charged with manufacturing marijuana. 57-year old Bobby White is charged with possession of crack cocaine. 27-year old Justin Holland is charged with possession of crack cocaine.
More charges are pending and officials say at least one other person is currently wanted in connection with the investigation.
