Grogan and his family arrived in Habersham county in 1964 to open Western Auto Parts. As a 4th grader, Grogan began working at the family store. He met and married his wife, Allison and they started a family. Daughters, Kayla and Amanda, are now in their 20’s. Faced with difficult business challenges, Grogan knew he had to make a change. He could have pulled up stakes and moved, but he loves Habersham, so he bravely envisioned a new business fashioned out of the old.
North Georgia Outdoor Power sells and services, “basically any outdoor equipment,” from lawnmowers to pressure washers, chainsaws to weed eaters. “Any brand, any engine, we can service it,” says Grogan.
