The TFS track & field team took on several programs at Saturday’s GAC Invitational, with the Indians coming sixth out of 10 teams and girls sixth out of 11. Several individuals showed significant improvements, and senior Evan Prince set a new school record in the 1600, besting his previous mark.
Among those with a top-5 finish in their events include Sam Keth (3rd in discus; PR), Nelson Wilkinson (5th in discus), Julianne Shirley (2nd in high jump), Girls 4×800 (4th), Boys 4×800 (4th), Macy Murdock (5th in 100 MH), Girls 4×200 (4th), Boys 4×200 (4th), Evan Prince (1st in 1600; PR, 1st in 3200; PR & State Top 50), Tyler Brown (2nd in 300 MH).
