
The Town Council of Tallulah Falls will hold a budget public hearing and consider an amendment to an ordinance to allow camping on town property. The council meeting will be held on Thursday, May 15, at 6:00 PM.
The council will hold a public hearing on the proposed FY26 budget during the council meeting.
Following the budget hearing, the council will address new business. The council will consider a proposed amendment to the town ordinance that would allow camping on town property under certain application processes.
Other business
The council will also consider renewing the Habersham County Sheriff’s Office Annual Fingerprint Agreement and the appointment of a representative to the Rabun County Water and Sewer Authority (RCWSA). The appointee will serve for a new 3-year term
