The Tallulah Falls School varsity soccer team earned a 3-0 shutout victory on Aug. 31 on the road against Swain County High School.
The victory improves the Indians early season record to 2-0-1. Sophomore Levi Loveless got the Indians on the board with a goal with 23 minutes remaining in the first half. In the second half freshman Justin Yu and senior Rylee Hunter each added a goal.
TFS head coach Jonathan Roberts praised seniors Julian Murayama and Seth Johnson for their strong midfield play. Roberts also singled out junior Ajani McIntosh’s offensive play which drew double and triple-teams, creating offensive opportunities for his teammates.
