Tallulah Falls dominates at serving line in wins over George Walton, Newton

The Lady Indians secured wins on Tuesday evening on the road against George Walton and Newton, both coming in straight sets. TFS won 25-9, 25-13 against George Walton to open up, and followed it with a 25-5, 25-9 win against Newton.

“It was a good night to run some different quick-setting tempos for our offense,” says coach Matt Heyl. “They did well. They passed it where it needed to be for Chesney [Tanksley] and Margalida [Amengual Sanchez] to work their setting magic to run a quick offense to our hitters. We dominated the other teams from the service line as well.”

The Lady Indians improve to 12-8 overall and 3-0 in region play.

The JV Lady Indians were equally impressive on Tuesday, as the girls won 25-9, 25-18 against George Walton and 25-9, 25-11 against Newton.
