Suspected Drug Dealer Arrested in Rabun

Another bust. Another suspected drug dealer off the streets of Northeast Georgia.

The Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office (ARDEO) reports 35-year old Kory Farman and 26-year old Brandy Chappell were arrested Monday during a search of their home at 246 Wallace Street in Rabun County. Their arrests follow a four month long investigation into the suspected distribution of meth from their residence. A press release by ARDEO says meth and marijuana were located during the search conducted by ARDEO and the Rabun County Sheriff’s Office. The drugs had a street value of $500.

Farman is charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.  Chappell is charged with possession of methamphetamine and drug related objects.  

Both were transported to the Rabun County Detention Center.
