A man wanted in Rabun County for multiple felony charges had been apprehended, according to authorities.
Police say Joseph Elzie Haynes was arrested on felony theft and fleeing charges in North Carolina earlier this week.
The Clayton Police Department had recently advised members of the public to be on the lookout for Haynes. Originally from Oregon, Hayes was known to frequent the areas of Franklin, NC, Hiawassee, GA, and Carrollton, GA, according to authorities.
