Suspect Sketch Released in Alto Home Invasion

A sketch has been released of the suspect in a home invasion in Alto. The Habersham County Sheriff’s Office released the image through social media on Tuesday. It was prepared by a Georgia Bureau of Investigation forensic sketch artist who met with the 13-year old victim in the case.

The teen girl told authorities she was at home sick on Monday, August 24, when around 3:54 p.m. an “unknown white male” entered the home in the 1700 block of BC Grant Road. She said he had a pistol on his belt. The girl got scared and ran to a neighbor’s house. She told officers the suspect followed her a short distance then left, heading south on BC Grant Road, in a black, four door, “police style” vehicle with dark tinted windows.
