After a brief return of old man winter we will warm back up across the region this weekend.
High pressure will build in over Florida as the cold air retreats back to the north. This will turn our winds to the south/southwest over the weekend allowing us to heat back up quickly.
Highs on Friday will remain seasonal with mid/upper-60s expected across all but the higher elevations where upper-50s/low-60s are likely. Saturday will see much of the region return to 70º with sunshine continuing to dominate.
Our next weather system will approach on Sunday. We’ll start Sunday with sunny skies but should see some clouds build in by later in the day.
