Northeast Georgia voters got a chance to hear directly from the candidates in several regional races during a forum on May 26 in Clarkesville. Candidates for State House District 10, State Senate District 50, and Georgia’s 9th Congressional District participated.
It was the second political forum in as many weeks, sponsored by the Habersham County Farm Bureau.
Candidates were given an opportunity to talk about their credentials and platforms. Due to concerns about COVID-19 and the state’s social distancing guidelines, the public was not allowed to attend. Now Habersham carried the forum live. You can watch it above or on our Facebook page.
