South Habersham Middle School students filled the seats at Loudermilk Baseball Stadium to learn about the opportunities available to them at Piedmont College in Demorest.
On Thursday, December 4th, 2014, all SHMS 8th grade students traveled to North Georgia Technical College in Clarkesville and Piedmont College in Demorest for an educational field trip. Students had the opportunity to tour each campus in small groups, ask questions about potential post-secondary opportunities and receive information about financial aid and educational programs.
The field trip was planned to provide valuable insight for students as they prepare to choose their career pathways for high school registration.
