Several area teams still in the hunt for state titles

The Habersham Central Raiders saw their dream season end Wednesday night at home in Mt. Airy with a loss to Tri-Cities. The #2 Bulldogs defeated the #1 Raiders in the Elite 8, 92-74.

Franklin County, Winder-Barrow, and Jefferson also dropped their quarterfinal matchups.

Northeast Georgia teams still in the hunt for state titles include Banks County (girls), Cherokee Bluff (girls), North Oconee (girls and boys), Hebron Christian (girls), Athens Christian (girls and boys), Lakeview Academy (girls), and Union County (boys).
