A wreck Tuesday evening at the intersection of Crane Mill Road and GA-365 injured two drivers. It happened at the same intersection in the same way another wreck occurred there a day earlier.
The State Patrol says 40-year-old Wick Williams of Alto was traveling on Crane Mill Road in a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado. He stopped at the stop sign but then failed to yield the right of way while entering the highway.
Wick’s pick-up struck a 2000 Pontiac G6 driven by 31-year-old Bruce Figgins of Gainesville. After impact, the G6 struck the stop sign.
Both drivers sustained leg injuries. They were transported to Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville for treatment.
On Jan. 13, a two-vehicle crash at Crane Mill Road and GA-365 injured three people. The State Patrol says that accident was also caused by a driver who failed to yield to traffic when entering the highway from Crane Mill Road.
