A man riding a scooter was injured in a crash on Hollywood Highway Friday morning, according to Habersham County Emergency Services.
A release from the county says a 911 caller reported the crash around 9:05 a.m. on August 16. The caller told dispatchers a rider was down near Clover Hill Lane between Bob Patton and Hills Crossing Road outside Clarkesville.
Habersham County EMS transported the man to Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville for treatment.
The crash closed traffic on Hollywood Highway until around 10:08 a.m.
The Georgia State Patrol is investigating the crash.
