If you have enjoyed the past week and a half of mostly cloudy skies with occasional light rain, you will have to hang on for a few days, but it is returning.
First up, Friday will be quite nice. Expect mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies with high temperatures approaching records for the date across the entire region.
By Saturday, clouds will begin to rebuild as winds shift from the east. High pressure to the northeast will bring a stiff east breeze back into the region by Saturday night with east winds of 10-15 m.p.h.
On Sunday, expect plenty of clouds and a decent chance for a shower. This round of the wedge will see a front bring more moisture, some of which will be pulled from the remains of Rafael in the Gulf by Sunday into Monday.
Have a great weekend!
