(DEMOREST) – Sarah P. Price, a certified family nurse practitioner, has joined PrimeCare, Habersham Medical Center’s non-emergent primary care clinic.
Price earned an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science in Nursing from Walters State Community College, Morristown, Tennessee, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and a Master’s of Science in Nursing degree, both from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee.
She completed her residency at Family First Healthcare of Northeast Georgia in Royston and previously was employed by Landmark Hospital in Athens and the Surgery Center of Athens. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses Association, the Athens Area Chapter of United Advanced Practice Registered Nurses of Georgia, the Coalition of Advanced Practice Registered Nurses of Georgia and the Georgia Nurses Association.
She and her husband Grayson reside in Jefferson.
PrimeCare offers treatment of minor injuries and illnesses for adults and children as well as sports physicals, DOT exams, pre-employment physicals, drug testing, workers’ compensation and wellness check-ups and is located within Habersham Medical Center at 541 Historic Highway 441, Demorest. The Clinic is open Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Closed for lunch from 1 – 2 p.m.) Payment options include most health insurance plans, Medicare, Medicaid and Self-pay.
