Piedmont Coach Cave golf tournament is Sept. 12

The Piedmont College Coach Cave Memorial Golf tournament will tee off for the 29th time on Sept. 12 at The Orchard Golf and Country Club.

The tournament is named for the late Leon O’Neal Cave, who served as a coach and athletic director at Piedmont from 1948 to 1983. All proceeds go to the Coach Cave Scholarship and general funding for athletics.

Entry fees are $125 per player or $450 per foursome and include green fee, cart, goody bag, lunch and two mulligans per player. Golfers will have the chance to win several prizes, including a $10,000 Hole-In-One prize. There will also be prizes for the closest-to-the pin, longest drive, raffle winners, and more.
