Piedmont Chorale and the Piedmont Orchestra will present choir masterworks from the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries, 7:30 p.m., Saturday, April 21 in the chapel at the Demorest campus. The event is part of the college’s Great Composers Series.
The concert will include selections by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Franz Joseph Haydn.
The concert will be conducted by Dr. Lauren Ringwall and G. Cole Martin, with organ accompaniment by John Coble and featuring soprano Dr. Andrea Price, alto Reneè Wilson Wicker, tenor Dr. Jonathan Pilkington and bass Bart Gilleland.
Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for students and seniors. Piedmont students, faculty and staff are admitted free. The Center for Worship and Music is located at 992 Central Avenue, Demorest.
