The City of Clarkesville has lifted the Boil Water Advisory that was in effect for several downtown neighborhoods.
The advisory was issued on March 14 for homes and businesses in the area of Habersham Place, Springwood, and Madison from Wayne to Llewellyn Streets.
Clarkesville water customers in the affected areas may now resume normal water use.
The city issued the advisory as a precaution due to work being done on the water lines.
