The Executive Director of Partnership Habersham has resigned effective Wednesday, April 30. Partnership Habersham Chairman Rope Roberts made the announcement through an email Wednesday morning.

“Partnership Habersham announces it has accepted the resignation of its Executive Director Charlie Fiveash effective April 30, 2025,” Roberts stated in his email.

“Charlie has worked hard at promoting Habersham County to attract new businesses and industries,” said Roberts. “For over five years, Charlie has worked to diversify the county’s tax digest and increase SPLOST receipts.”

“We are thankful for what Charlie has done in Habersham County and we wish him the best in his next venture,” Roberts concluded.

Partnership Habersham is a private-public organization that supports the creation of viable community and economic development in Habersham County.

The organization began operating in June 2016 as Habersham Partnership for Growth and has since evolved into Partnership Habersham. Fiveash filled the executive director position in December 2019 after the passing of the organization’s first executive director Tim Lee.

No announcement has been made for who will fill the position with Fiveash’s departure.
