Banks County recent graduate Kahmal Wiley won the boys’ award following a senior season on the basketball court that saw him eclipse 1,000 career points and take the Leopards to the Sweet 16, as well as winning a region title. Wiley continues to recover following an Easter weekend wreck in which he narrowly escaped death and lost both legs.
